Yeah, I feel bad for not posting in a while....although I don't actually know who reads my blog...no one ever comments on anything....so i wouldn't know..... Except for Carly, she comments quite often actually. Hey Carly!
Anywhoddles! Back to being sorry for not posting, but I tend to post more when I'm upset about something, or I'm really bored. I've been fairly happy lately, and not bored. So I guess that's actually a good thing. But do not fret my friends, I am still here. Still breathing and everything.
So winter is coming upon us soon. And we all know what that means....SNOWBOARDING! Yeah i know you were probably thinking Christmas, or break from school. But no no, I'm thinking snowboarding. I'm actually going to be taking a snowboarding class with a bunch of people from campus house next semester. I'm pretty psyched about it.
Yeah I totally forgot what i was talking about now cause my computer decided to be stupid and it took forever to get it back up. So guess that's enough for now.

Arg.
Why does the DMC have to be so cold? Ok actually i do know why but I'm starting not to care that the computers need to be cold so they won't overheat. I need to be warm so I won't freeze to death! Yes stupid little things anger me when things aren't going my way. Stupid Maya. And stupid instructions that don't make any sense!!! ok so paying attention in class on Wednesday may have helped the instructions to make sense...i don't care I'm still angry. And I'm either having allergy problems or I'm getting a cold. Either way it needs to go away right now in Jesus's name!

Fall 2008
So School is only 3 days away, I am actually very excited. I was tired of work, and it won't be too long before I get bored of having nothing to do! My last day of work was Wednesday, the past two days have been wonderful! though still pretty busy, lol. At least I've been able to sleep in own bed, and my roommates are very glad that I'm home. They have missed me a lot, and I them.
I'm dreading prob and stats, but I'm pretty excited about the rest of my classes. I've got 3D-modeling, Principles of Interaction, and Figure Drawing. Those 3 will be though, but I'll learn a lot, and I'm excited to learn that stuff. Unlike prob and stats which as I said, Dreading! (that's with a capital d if you didn't notice) I'm also taking fitness walking haha. I was supposed to take raquetball but they cancelled it! Ben and I didn't have a class together and we usually have 2 or 3 together. We were sad so we added a random class. I guess the fact that he practically lives at my house anyway and we have EDGE wasn't enough. lol. Actually it really wasn't. I miss my ben ben, i haven't gotten to see him much this summer.

Where has my summer gone?....and why won't it hurry up and leave?
This summer is going by pretty fast, but really I’d like to just finish up. I've got a couple of exciting things coming up in the next couple of weeks but after that I'm ready for it to be August 20 at 5pm. That's when i stop working for the summer, and it's Ashley's 23rd birthday!
I'm really getting tired of driving back and forth from Bristol and Johnson City. And staying at my dad's house most of the week. I'm paying rent for my house in JC and I want to freaking live there! I miss my roomies! And they get mad at me for not being around. And I'm pretty sure it would make dating Mark a little bit easier!
And really I love when classes are in session. It gives me something to do. And everyone is in town. And I have clubs to go to (like EDGE) and there is always stuff going on over at Campus House. And of course I get to learn new stuff about oh I don't know, my future career.
So yeah can it just be time for school now?

Orientation #2
So I didn't have to go to work today. Oh no who will do all the shredding? No actually my job is going very well, getting paid very nicely to shred paper all day. Seriously I think that's been my most consistent job. I do lots of random stuff. But yesterday i was given several large stacks of paper to shred. It will probably take me the rest of the week to do. That's ok with me though. It's better than calling in insurance verification, the guy that is teaching me to do that is really weird.....anyway.
Right now I'm sitting at the EDGE table at the 2nd freshmen orientation. I would like to know where the freshmen are. And where the other 3 EDGE officers went, cause i have to pee. I think I will know text them to complain of my bladder issues. I hope they come back soon. So getting up at 8:20 instead of 6 AM was very nice today.
Friday I'm going to Myrtle Beach for our annual 4th of July beach trip. I like the beach and I'm glad we go every year, but i would like to spend just one 4th of July at a fun party with my friends. There is always one and I never get to go. I've been at the beach on 4th of July for as long as I can remember, you're probably think "oh shut up at least you get to go to the beach" but I'm thinking, "Hey you get do to whatever you want and aren't stuck with my family!"

Yay free stuff!
So the semester is over, don't know what i made on my finals yet but i think i did pretty good. I got completely moved out of my dorm today, working on moving into my new abode. I'm living with my friends Heather and Averie. I'm very excited about it! Andrew's (roommate I'm replacing) stuff isn't completely out yet, and heather hasn't completely moved rooms yet (she's taking Andrew's old room and I'm taking her's). But we're working on it. Most of my stuff is at my dad's in Bristol...so this could take like a week lol.
AND! cause I'm such an awesome person, i saved my friend Nathan's stuff from being destroyed or what not (his roommates wanted to make a bonfire) he is in Sweden for the semester, won't be back til the end of June. Smart one left A BUNCH of crap at his old place. So I'm storing it for him in my basement. BUT I'm getting a bunch of stuff out of this deal. We get his TV for the summer, and his stereo and some pots and pans, and board games (we love board games). Averie really likes the giant paper mache sword fish, apparently he isn't getting that back. And when i was helping them clean out Nathan's stuff today they gave me a bunch of food and spices and stuff, i was like sweet!
And i also let Sam keep her table and chair's in the basement for the summer, and she was gona give this desk away to goodwill. guess who needed a desk? guess who has one now! oh yeah, that would be me! Thank you Jesus for favor! See doing good things for people pays off! Oh and a rolly chair to go with, but I think I have to give that back eventually, but that's cool, as long as I get the desk.
So yeah good day over all, even if i spent most of it moving other people's crap.

Summer Send Off

Seriously?
Ok so maybe i don't have my facts straight, but when you talk to someone about doing something and they say cool we will do that sometime. Then like 2 hours later they randomly invite someone else to go do it with them and don't invite you, it kinda pisses me off. And it's not like an extra person being there would be a big deal either. grrr.

I finally got to register! life is good again! i don't even care that I'm still at the art table! now i just need to get a permit into my art class.

Yes another day, sitting at the art table. Actually today i really do mind sitting here, because i have several things i could be doing right now. I realized this morning that i really need to figure out what stuff in my dorm room i don't need for the next 3 weeks. I'm going to my dad's house this weekend and won't be going back til after finals. So I really need to take some stuff down there this weekend so moving out will be easier.
Also i decided i wanted to sleep instead of taking a shower before class, so i could use one of those.
I could also use more sleep cause I'm doing relay for life tonight and will not be sleeping. I have a feeling I'll be bailing out early. I wanted to go to my dads tonight cause my sister's in town, and just not go to relay. However i promised i would and Ben made me feel bad about it. I do want to do relay i just also want to go see my sister.
And another thing! My model for Vis. I'm making an owl, I've slacked off a little lately in getting it done. I have no idea when it is due, but I'd rather just get it done and not have to worry about it.
I also need to go print off my work for the art show, but instead I'm sitting here waiting for someone to come by and give me their work, seriously anytime now people. I'm right here waiting for you to come. I don't bite i swear!

Art Table
So i volunteered to make the schedule for the art table because 1) for some odd reason i like doing stuff like that 2) i take power where i can get it muwhaha ... anyway 3) I get to make sure i work when and only when i want to, and not get over worked.
Yet it still seems as though i have spent most of my time this week at this dang art table, and will be spending much of tomorrow here as well.
Oh and in case you are wondering what the heck i'm talking about, the EDGE club (digital media club) hosts an art show every spring and the officers and who ever else volunteers get to sit in the lobby, or loby as the flyer says, all day long.
Yes the flyer had a lot of mistakes on it. I swear we fixed it but the thing is someone had the smart idea not to save it when we made those corrections. Brilliant. Oh and for the record i did not make the flyer to begin with, those were not my spelling mistakes. I know i have a tendency to have those, however it was not me this time. *cough* ben *cough*
